Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our management team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, helping to ensure the smooth operation of our office and supporting the overall mission of the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Manage office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain and organize office files and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations and communication.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating orientation and initial training.
- Perform data entry and manage databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Experience in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
