You will be the first point of contact with our customers for our busy office. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and we know that with your positive attitude and welcoming demeanor, you may be the perfect fit for this role. Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as needed. Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Provide personalized support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.

Policy Management: Assist in managing policies, processing changes, and ensuring accuracy in client records.

Claims Support: Aid clients in filing and managing insurance claims, guiding them through the process with empathy and efficiency.

Documentation: Maintain accurate client files and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, offering proactive assistance and fostering trust and loyalty.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and enhance overall customer service delivery.

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.

Return all phone messages promptly.

Attend training and continuing education courses.


Requirements

*A Property & Casualty insurance license & Life & Health Insurance license is required to start, but we can offer some assistance with getting the proper education to pass the exams.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to detail while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
