About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service professional to join our team at Progressive Insurance. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Spanish-speaking customers, handling inbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on Progressive's products and services
  • Upsell and cross-sell insurance products to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of $20.25 or $21.50 per hour, depending on the role
  • Gainshare bonus up to 8% - 16% of eligible earnings based on company performance
  • Additional 10% bonus for working evening or weekend hours
  • Performance-based rewards
  • Additional $1.00/hour for bilingual roles
