Administrative Specialist

DSI Real Estate Group located in Madison Wisconsin, is seeking a customer-centric individual to join our team as an Administrative Specialist
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing day-to-day administrative duties, including clerical, reception & project-based work
- Answering all calls to the main phone line, and routing them to the appropriate person
- Recording lead and advertising information
- Greeting incoming visitors and guests
- Maintaining reception area, kitchen, and conference rooms
- Preparing and maintaining leases, as requested
- Maintaining office supplies, and office equipment
- Processing applicants, as directed.
The successful candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of administrative work experience; preferably in real estate or property management
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and a general knowledge of Adobe In-Design
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and priorities.
- Attention-to-detail.
- Strong sense of professionalism with the ability to establish and maintain relationships.
