Position Overview:
This role involves providing extensive administrative support to various member stores, which includes generating monthly reports, managing tax submissions, assisting with payroll, and preparing annual documentation. Additionally, the clerical assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Essential Job Functions:
Administrative Support for Member Stores:
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure timely issuance of reports and documentation.
- Educate clients on administrative processes as needed.
- Guide and supervise team members on various administrative tasks.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and reports.
- Assist with year-end reporting and compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and respond to inquiries regarding administrative matters.
