Administrative Support Specialist

CORRE, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Helpdesk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and administrative support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide remote and in-office technical assistance for issues related to computer software and hardware, including installation, modification, and repair.
- System Support: Support computer systems utilizing Microsoft core products and mobile devices utilizing Android and/or iOS.
- Helpdesk Management: Create and close helpdesk tickets, respond to inquiries, and develop and maintain training manuals and SOPs.
- Administrative Support: Provide in-office support for operations staff, create and maintain file systems, and correspond with stakeholders professionally.
- Event and Training Support: Register staff members for events and training sessions, and handle mail distribution and office supply inventory.
- Data Entry: Enter data into accounting or administrative systems, and handle confidential and sensitive records.
- Travel and Transportation: Drive within ~200 miles as needed for business operations.
- Education: Minimum of a two-year associate degree in business administration or IT helpdesk, or related studies.
- Experience: Helpdesk or IT repair experience preferred, with familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and computer repair and software maintenance concepts.
- Skills: Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with staff members and handle challenging situations.
- Physical Demands: Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time, and lift at least 25lbs.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and ability to provide own transportation.
