The role also includes maintaining project files, scanning and electronically filing engineering plans, and performing various administrative duties as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project File Review:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of funded project files from 2022 to the present.
  • Create detailed lists of missing items or incomplete documentation in each project file.


Solicit Missing Items:

  • Contact borrowers to request and collect missing items or documentation necessary for project files.
  • Follow up with borrowers to ensure timely submission and resolution of any outstanding issues.


File Maintenance:

  • Regularly update and maintain project files to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure all documentation is organized and easily accessible.


Scanning and Electronic Filing:

  • Scan engineering plans and other relevant documents.
  • File scanned documents electronically in the appropriate systems or repositories.


Administrative Duties:

  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.
  • Maintain organized records and provide regular status reports on file reviews and updates.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in document management, project coordination, or a related role.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Proficiency with document management software and scanning equipment.

· Excellent communication skills for interacting with borrowers and team members.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.


Preferred Skills:

· Familiarity with State Revolving Fund programs.

· Experience with electronic filing systems and database management.

· Knowledge of engineering plans and related documentation.
