Your Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your primary focus will be on effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the project.

Key Responsibilities:
Your daily tasks will include:
  • Managing project communications and schedules.

Decision-Making Authority:
You will take ownership of your projects, ensuring accountability for their success. This includes managing project finances, ensuring timely billing, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Physical Requirements:
This role may involve exposure to construction environments, requiring adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment. You should be prepared for physical activity, including standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of materials.

Travel Requirements:
Frequent travel may be necessary, including local site visits and occasional longer trips. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
  • A degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years in project management.
  • Experience in overseeing long-term projects is preferred.
  • Familiarity with audio/video system installations and low voltage electrical projects.
