Position Summary: In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to our mission of mobilizing and empowering voters. Your main responsibility will involve interacting with community members, providing essential information regarding upcoming elections, candidates, and critical ballot measures, while encouraging active participation in the electoral process. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on local communities, enhance civic engagement, and support the democratic process.

- Prior experience in similar roles is advantageous.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to read and write proficiently.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Completion of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Commitment to work as scheduled.
- Physical capability to walk and/or stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in political or electoral engagement.
- Strong understanding of field strategies, targeting, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with canvassing software and platforms.
Compensation:
- Hourly wage ranging from $21 to $27, depending on role and project.
