Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the effective coordination and execution of contractual obligations, ensuring adherence to Quality Control (QC), safety protocols, and operational standards.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of Facility Management principles, methodologies, and processes related to contract oversight.
- Possess a technical background and experience across various functions, including:
- Understanding of contracting protocols and authorization processes.
- Strong management capabilities with skills in conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Integrate customer needs into a cohesive management strategy that aligns with all functional areas within the company's scope, setting clear expectations.
- Manage and control project budgets, inventory, and timelines to ensure commitments to clients and quality service delivery are fulfilled.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients and external agencies regarding the assigned project.
Additional Duties:
- Responsible for the overall management, coordination, and execution of contract compliance, implementing corporate policies, regulations, and guidelines in project execution.
- Facilitate schedule development, provide technical direction, and coordinate both internal and subcontracted resources.
- Supervise all site personnel, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and integrating quality control into all work processes.
- Communicate complex repair and maintenance projects, detailed work plans, and cost estimates effectively.
- Ensure daily adherence to schedule and budget goals, completing the Scope of Work (SOW) satisfactorily.
- Maintain site security in accordance with contractual obligations and the approved Site Safety and Health Plan.
- Monitor project milestones and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate project progress, measuring performance and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Address customer concerns, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project developments and challenges.
- Review project proposals to determine timelines, funding limitations, and resource allocation.
- Establish work plans and staffing for each project phase, assigning roles and responsibilities accordingly.
- Collaborate with project staff to outline work plans and delegate duties effectively.
- Prepare project reports for management and clients, ensuring all contract deliverables are met punctually.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management operations.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in government medical research or hospital operations management.
