Patient Access Representative

The Patient Access Representative conducts clinical and administrative activities related to admissions at Maryhaven, conferring with internal and external contacts to maintain maximum capacity. Determines admissibility, financial responsibility and availability. Prepares records and other required data.
Patient Access Representative Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associates degree or higher in a behavioral science preferred.
- 1 year of experience in social services or equivalent education and experience preferred.
- A valid state of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or higher-level licensure preferred.
- Workweek schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 3 pm - 11:30 pm
