We are looking for a motivated and versatile individual to fill the role of Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative (CSR/ISR). This dual-role position combines the responsibilities of customer service and inside sales, allowing you to engage with customers at various stages of their journey. You will provide top-notch service, generate leads, close sales, and help drive the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service (CSR):

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process orders, manage customer accounts, and ensure accurate entry into our CRM system.
- Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and support to customers throughout their buying journey.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records.

Inside Sales (ISR):

- Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives and sales campaigns.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service and/or sales, ideally within the printing, marketing, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets and providing outstanding service.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
