Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide job estimates/quotes for services.
  • Manage and enter all data into our point-of-sale system.
  • Schedule and communicate all jobs, callbacks, delays, and estimates with customers and service professionals.
  • Educate customers about our service verticals and upsell opportunities.
  • Make outbound service reminder calls to customers.
  • Manage all phone calls, emails, and office calendars.
  • Perform light marketing tasks as needed.
  • Assist the owner in all customer-facing and internal services of the business.
Requirements
  • Experience in Administration, inside sales, and Customer Service Representative roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
  • Professional appearance and personality.
  • Team player who can work independently.
