Position Overview: As a Sales Manager, you’ll handle estimates, manage projects, and ensure client satisfaction while achieving revenue targets and maintaining profitability. This role involves both in-person and virtual interactions with clients, managing subcontractors, and overseeing project schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and sell residential and commercial paint jobs.
  • Recruit, manage, and coordinate subcontractors.
  • Provide in-person and virtual estimates.
  • Ensure projects meet client needs, stay on schedule, and are within budget.
  • Upsell additional services and generate project schedules.
  • Address and resolve any project issues promptly.
  • Promote That 1 Painter and build strategic relationships.
  • Utilize company sales tools and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate on budgeting and financial tracking with the Owner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales ability and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Independent worker in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with lead generation and strategic relationships.
  • Military experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Clean driving record and ability to travel within the territory.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Must reside in Acadiana (Lafayette or surrounding areas).

Additional Information:

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday (Saturday if needed)
  • PTO, Holiday Pay, Company Truck Provided
  • Compensation: $70,000 to $110,000 (draw + commission), Benefits
