We are on the lookout for a Transportation Manager in Medley, Florida, who shares our passion for customer satisfaction and safety excellence. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and reinforcing our commitment to a secure and healthy work environment.


The Transportation Manager’s responsibilities are as follows but not limited to: 

  • Plan and oversee last mile operations
  • Create and manage a network of Delivery Service Partners (DSP)
  • Oversee performance of DSPs to maintain or improve quality of service to achieve targets
  • Track and monitor cost of deliveries to achieve targets
  • Coordinate with midmile team to assist and monitor Inter-city linehaul or Air cargo shipments and intra-city pickups or drop offs of merchants’ products
  • Coordinate with the facility fulfillment team to plan, monitor and assist in sorting operations and launching of routes
  • Assist the routing team in planning and creating routes for DSPs
  • Maintain and report a log of issues pertaining to deliveries, fleet and payment of DSPs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, and logistics and safety regulations
  • Research and suggest cost-effective last-mile methods for continuous improvement


Skills and Experience

  • Must have prior experience in using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Experience in managing warehouse team(s)/drivers, and multiple 3rd party DSPs
  • Knowledge of Transportation and Safety Regulations specific to Florida
  • Experience in routing and scheduling deliveries
  • Must be able to use Google or Apple maps online for reference and knowledge specifically the Miami region
  • Must be able to communicate and follow directions in English ( Spanish is an asset)
  • Able to identify issues and have strong willingness to go above and beyond to come up with or propose solutions
  • Prior experience in a cloud based customer service platform is an asset
