Position Summary:

We are in search of a skilled Operations Manager to lead our on-demand transportation initiatives in select regions. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader who is self-driven, mission-focused, team-oriented, and well-organized. This role involves overseeing Freebee's operations in specific areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a dedicated team of Driver Ambassadors, ensuring vehicle maintenance, fostering a positive team environment, and promoting a safe workplace.
  • Onboard new team members and provide ongoing training and support to existing staff.
  • Conduct regular site visits and coordinate ride-alongs for continuous employee development.
  • Assess and enhance employee performance while maintaining Freebee's safety and customer service standards.
  • Guide staff on company policies related to scheduling and assist with personnel matters in collaboration with the HR department.
  • Coordinate service calls for preventative maintenance with Freebee's fleet management team.
  • Consistently replenish supplies in each service area, including spare tires, cleaning materials, and marketing resources.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel frequently to designated service areas.
  • Willingness to learn and perform basic maintenance tasks for electric vehicles.
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in hospitality or transportation.
  • Proficient in tablet and smartphone technology, as well as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree in office administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Availability for weekend work as needed.
