  • Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Develop, evaluate, and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain the organization's website and e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Regularly communicate with other team members to ensure alignment with cross-functional goals.
  • Drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in products and services.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the online space.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
