We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager for our growing team

We are looking for a Sales Rockstar to join our team and contribute to our exceptional sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly within the realm of Managed IT and Managed Security Services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills, drive business growth, and be a key player in our continued success. 

 

What you'll be doing...

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets for Managed IT and Managed Security Services. 
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their business needs and position our services as the solution. 
  • Provide expert advice and consultancy to prospective clients on technology solutions, ensuring they are aligned with their strategic goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the EMPIST marketing team on leads. 
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach. 
  • Nurture leads provided by SDR team.
  • Conduct thorough consultations and needs assessments to tailor solutions that align with clients' objectives. 
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. 

 

What we're looking for...

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technology consulting, solutions architecture, or similar role within the managed services or IT industry. 
  • Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. 
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and related technologies. 
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to consistently achieve and exceed targets. 
  • Ability to understand and analyze client needs and provide tailored technology solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs. 
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
