As Business Development Manager for the Microsoft Service Line, you will be primarily responsible to drive revenue growth, maximize sales pipeline, and increase win rates




The Business Development Manager role is responsible for overseeing and driving business growth and development within a designated geographical region. As a key member of the executive team, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and foster long-term business relationships.


As the Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the organization's footprint and driving revenue growth in the designated region. They will be instrumental in forging valuable business relationships, guiding the team, and achieving exceptional results in line with the company's overall strategic vision.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define realistic revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region.


Business Development:


  • Drive new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing potential clients and partnerships through networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events.
  • Formulate persuasive proposals and presentations to showcase the company's products/services and value proposition to potential clients.


Client Relationship Management:


  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and ensuring effective communication.
