Job Description


Family & Children's Place has a full-time opening for the key position of Vice President of Programs. The VP of Programs is a member of the agency management team and contributes to the overall development, direction, and management of the organization.

The Vice President of Programs is responsible for the oversight and development of all agency services. This includes ensuring that services are of the highest quality, provided in a timely and effective manner, and operate within annual budgets, agency policies, and program contracts. The VP of Programs helps develop new and innovative services and programs; provides support and guidance to program directors with specific programmatic, logistical, and compliance needs; and promotes leadership development of program staff. In all responsibilities, the position supports the agency's equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts as well as our trauma-informed services and policies.


Requirements

Master's degree in social work, psychology or related field and five years of progressively responsible positions in a direct human service, management and /or administration role; or a Bachelor's degree in related field with at least eight years of experience working with families and children, of which three years must be at the management level is acceptable
