  • Conduct Field Inspections: Effectively navigate assigned communities, diligently identifying potential violations of established deed restrictions.
  • Document Findings Accurately: Prepare clear and concise reports detailing your observations, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • Maintain Open Communication: Process and distribute official notices to residents regarding identified violations, fostering a transparent and informative process.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond professionally to resident inquiries and concerns via phone and email, demonstrating a commitment to resident satisfaction.
  • Embrace Administrative Responsibilities: Handle various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the community management team.
  • Stay Informed and Engaged: Participate in monthly meetings to remain current on community needs and updated on established procedures.

WHAT IT TAKES
  • HOA Compliance: 1+ years (inspections, compliance, communication, community engagement).
  • Reliable Transportation: Possession of a dependable vehicle is required (mileage and tolls are reimbursed).
  • Proficient Technology User: Experience navigating diverse software applications is a necessity.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is essential.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to clearly and professionally express yourself, both verbally and in writing, is paramount.
  • Professional Demeanor: A positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment are key.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred, Not Required):

  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in multiple languages is a valuable asset.
  • Community Management Experience: Prior experience in property management or homeowners' associations is a plus.
