POSITION SUMMARY
Blue Castle Agency is in search of a proactive HOA Compliance Specialist to assist in the management of one of our vibrant communities. This role presents a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and contribute to the development of a thriving neighborhood.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct Inspections: Navigate assigned neighborhoods to identify potential breaches of established community guidelines.
- Accurate Reporting: Compile detailed reports of your findings, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Effective Communication: Distribute official notifications to residents regarding any identified issues, promoting transparency.
- Customer Service Excellence: Address resident inquiries and concerns professionally, showcasing a commitment to their satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Manage various administrative duties to enhance the efficiency of the community management team.
- Engagement in Meetings: Attend regular meetings to stay updated on community requirements and procedural changes.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Experience in HOA Compliance: Minimum of 1 year in inspections, compliance, and community engagement.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have access to a dependable vehicle (reimbursement for mileage and tolls provided).
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with various software applications is essential.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Communication Skills: Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Professional Attitude: Maintain a positive demeanor and adapt to changing environments.
