We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office, including but not limited to data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients and visitors
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
  • Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases and spreadsheets
  • Assist with budgeting and financial analysis using Excel
  • Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and databases
  • Analyze and manipulate large datasets to identify trends and patterns
  • Assist with special projects as needed, including research, data collection, and data visualization
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and filing documents
Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced skills required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting using Excel
  • Familiarity with database management systems (e.g. Access)
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis principles
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g. PowerPoint) for data visualization
