Job DescriptionJob Description

Westin Homes is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the closing department by executing clerical tasks, including transaction processing and recording, report preparation, filing, and other delegated responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Perform a range of general administrative duties.

·         Assist in the review of sales contracts and distribute approved contracts to lender/title.

·         Conduct research and fulfill other tasks necessary to gather information; collate and organize data for report preparation, review, and action by relevant parties.

·         Scan, organize, and uphold filing systems.

·         Execute any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant or in a comparable role, or relevant training. Experience within the builder industry is advantageous.

·         High School Diploma: College Degree preferred.

·         Proficient in computer usage with strong typing skills.

·         Exceptional time management, verbal, and written communication abilities.

·         Possesses a professional demeanor and adheres to a strong ethical code.

·         Capable of multitasking, maintaining motivation, and a positive outlook.

·         Dedicated to working efficiently and accurately.

·         Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.

·         Demonstrates the ability to manage diverse priorities while meeting deadlines.
