Connect Staffing is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Returns Specialist to fill an opening at a large Third Party Logistics warehouse located in Ontario, Ca.


1st shift: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (OT very likely and will very)


Requirements for the Returns Specialist:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, inventory management, or clerical role, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Bilingual

Responsibilities of the Returns Specialist:

  • Receive and process return merchandise authorization requests from customers
  • Provide instructions for returning merchandise and ensure customers understand the return policy
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure returned items are received and processed correctly
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits
  • Other duties as assigned
