About the Role:

UniFirst is looking for a committed Client Support Specialist to enhance our customer service operations. This position is crucial in providing exceptional support as a bridge between our clients and the organization. We offer a structured work schedule with weekends off and comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries regarding accounts, processes, and services via phone or email.
  • Deliver outstanding service to both clients and UniFirst staff.
  • Handle accounts receivable tasks, including follow-ups on overdue accounts, processing returns and exchanges, and resolving account discrepancies through our established escalation procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Department by providing necessary administrative assistance.
  • Conduct basic data entry and perform various administrative tasks.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within an administrative environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable is highly valued.
  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent is recommended.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette.
  • Essential qualities include being an active listener, responsive, and personable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A team-oriented individual who can also work independently.
  • Capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Compensation and Benefits:
