Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries regarding accounts, procedures, and services via phone or email.
  • Deliver outstanding service to customers and UniFirst staff alike.
  • Manage accounts receivable tasks, including contacting clients about overdue accounts, processing returns and exchanges, and resolving disputes through our established escalation procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Department to provide necessary administrative support.
  • Conduct basic data entry and various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within an administrative environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable is highly desirable.
  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent is recommended.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette.
  • Essential qualities include being an active listener, responsive, and personable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc.).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A team-oriented individual who can also work independently.
  • Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with basic mathematical tasks (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
