Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Design and manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Implement performance management systems and support career development.
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using HR metrics to drive decisions.
