Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department. As the Director of HR, you will play a critical role in shaping our organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Design and manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Implement performance management systems and support career development.
  • Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using HR metrics to drive decisions.
