Wholesale Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wholesale Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing efforts of our wholesale division, focusing on driving brand awareness, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting our sales team and wholesale partner. Specifically, the candidate will:
• Assist in developing and executing wholesale marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide marketing support and materials.
• Plan and execute product photoshoots and manage retouching projects.
• Support Market Week appointments through product videos, presentations, and showroom display assistance.
• Create compelling marketing content for product launches, including features & benefits, online product descriptions, and photos, ensuring consistency across key accounts.
• Coordinate production and distribution of branded items, digital assets, and in-store collateral for wholesale partners.
• Assist with tradeshows by coordinating booth setup and preparing promotional materials.
• Manage NuORDER platform tasks such as asset uploads and wholesale email execution.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to create and manage hangtags, care labels, and packaging, maintaining alignment with brand standards.
• Facilitate communication with the Licensor’s marketing team to align marketing strategies.
• Provide administrative support including file organization, sample coordination, and management of marketing material inventory.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the wholesale landscape.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of marketing experience in the retail space, ideally with a lingerie or fashion industry focus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Thorough understanding of 360 marketing channels and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with NuORDER platform and/or Adobe Suite is a plus.
