Wholesale and Business Development Manager

Job Description:

The position is responsible for the development of strategic business/marketing initiatives to drive our company forward, both in our brick-and-mortar stores, as well as on-line. A large portion of work involves developing the company's wholesale buyers base, as well as working with each wholesale account to increase the overall wholesale sales for the company. THE POSITION IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR WORKING WITH THE COMPANY'S GOOGLE MERCHANT ACCOUNT.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, able to generate new, original ideas while, at the same time, keeping the old tried-and-true methods in mind and being able to put these ideas into action to help our company grow and quickly adjust to the ever-changing environment. Moreover, the candidate must be bilingual, with excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills, both in English and Russian.

Job Requirements:

- Research, design, and implementation of new marketing and business development initiatives; - Wholesale sales development and management; - Project management; - Strategic planning and forecasts; - Account management; and - Others, as they pertain to the position of Wholesale and Business Development Manager.

Experience:

- At least 2 years experience in B2B relationships; - At least 2 years experience as a marketing specialist or manager, focusing on retail sales; - Social network management; - Google Merchant - Experience in wholesale marketing is a plus; and - A proven record of conducting successful marketing campaigns.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar discipline
