About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Private Jet Sales Consultant to join our team at Air Charter Service. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Acquisition: Research and identify potential clients through internal and external databases, websites, and industry networks.
  2. Sales and Relationship Building: Proactively target your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits to convert potential clients into ACS clients.
  3. Aircraft Sourcing: Build relationships with Private Jet Operators to ensure we can provide the most suitable aircraft choices for clients' requirements.
  4. Client Retention: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and exceed sales targets.
  5. Operational Excellence: Ensure company procedures are followed in a methodical and chronological way to protect both ACS and the client.
  6. Industry Expertise: Demonstrate an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process.
  7. Charter Management: Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion, including flight watching and overseeing flight departures.
  8. Network Development: Build a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organisation.
  9. Decision Making: Make prompt, clear decisions that may involve tough choices or considered risks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business development and sales skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Knowledge of the private jet industry and chartering process.
