We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Charter Flights Division at Sky Jet Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service to our high-end clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to boost profitability, optimize our fleet, and expand our service areas.
  • Sales and Marketing: Oversee helicopter charter sales, including quotes, bookings, and scheduling. Promote sales growth through effective marketing and client relations.
  • Customer Service: Offer tailored itineraries and exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals and corporations.
  • Operational Excellence: Work with our pilots, ground crew, and maintenance team to guarantee safe and punctual flights.
  • Compliance and Safety: Stay informed on FAA regulations and manage safety and compliance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales, client preferences, and operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in Part 135 helicopter charter sales.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Suite; aviation software knowledge a plus.
  • Availability: Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Luxury Charter Sales: Previous experience in luxury charter sales or high-end hospitality.
  • Aviation Safety and Compliance Training: Training in aviation safety and compliance.
