SUMMARY:

The New Truck Sales Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the requirements of customers and sales representatives before, during and after the sales process. Training will include working in various roles throughout the dealership.

EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION:

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Location: 200 Keystone Industrial Park, Unit 3, Throop, PA 18512

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • College degree preferred.
  • One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company insurability standards.
  • Valid commercial driver’s license preferred; must meet company insurability standards
  • PA Sales License required (can obtain upon hire)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Order trucks for inventory
  • Enter new and used inventory into the Hunter Truck Inventory System (Arcadium).
  • Maintain Arcadium status and location.
  • Maintain deal folders for inventory and ordered units.
  • Print daily OEM reports and distribute as needed.
  • Print weekly inventory sheets and distribute as needed.
  • Conduct monthly physical inventory of all units on lot.
  • Conduct monthly floor plan audit(s) with financial institutions.
  • Create purchase orders for bodies, extended warranties, etc.
  • Create, order, and organize brochures for sales department.
  • Assist sales department with information to complete deals.
  • Learn the truck deals system, basic finance functions, and PA title work.
  • Update online and print advertisements on a weekly basis. Monitor resulting phone calls and results.
  • Assist with truck transportation and coordination of transportation with PDI and detail.
  • Arrange new and used truck lots.
  • Must be knowledgeable about the company’s products, market situation, and demand for products
  • Attend meetings and trainings.
  • Assist in marketing strategies for sales enhancement.
  • Maintain professional appearance at all times.
  • Adhere to and promote all existing health and safety policies in the workplace to reinforce the Hunter culture of a safe work environment
