ROLE SUMMARY:

The New Truck Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with clients and sales representatives to facilitate a smooth sales experience. Comprehensive training will be provided to develop skills across different dealership functions.

WORK DETAILS:

  • Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND and EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferred educational qualification: college degree
  • Relevant experience is a plus

LICENSES and CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • PA Sales License is mandatory

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage truck inventory orders
  • Input inventory information
  • Keep accurate records
  • Support the sales team
  • Familiarize with the truck deals system
  • Generate purchase orders
  • Update marketing materials
  • Assist with logistics for truck delivery
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain a professional demeanor
  • Follow safety regulations
