  • Maintain an extremely high standard of quality in cultivation/processing practices and post-harvest final products, emphasizing cleanliness and excessive attention to detail
  • Work alongside Nation Facilities to ensure infrastructure repairs and build-out projects are completed promptly and in line with the cultivation vision
  • Enforce all cultivation regulatory standards in compliance with the Oneida Nation Bureau of Cannabis Control
  • Ensure all areas of cultivation production are using low-impact practices to the best of our ability to reduce waste, innovate, and improve processes to reduce our carbon footprint

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience directly managing all aspects of cannabis cultivation in a licensed commercial facility with over 10,000 sq ft of flowering canopy
  • 5-10 years of cannabis cultivation growing a wide variety of cultivars, knowledge of how they grow and what techniques to apply specific to an individual cultivar need
  • A Bachelor's degree in plant science, business, or management, or 4+ years equivalent experience as a Cultivation Manager in a commercial cannabis facility is preferred
  • Well-versed in commercial cultivation infrastructure, environmental controls and equipment, fertigation, and irrigation systems
