What you'll do as a Production Coordinator:
- Work with Entertainment leadership to execute exceptional guest service through the enjoyment of a successful entertaining experience.
- Conduct and implement theatrical and event logistics based on the needs of the event with efficiency by means of back-of-house production, venue readiness, etc.
- Plan and identify resources (people and product) to support enterprise-wide entertainment, events and experiences within assigned projects.
To be successful as a Production Coordinator, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in event operations, theater management, and stage management; preferably in a hospitality environment.
- Proven experience working directly in back-of-house production including but not limited to background music programming, venue preparation, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills, project management proficiency – highly organized, results oriented, and able to take initiative and lead projects.
