Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant in the Food & Beverage department at Sandestin Golf & Beach, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the F&B team. This position requires flexibility in working hours, and you may be asked to work occasional weekends based on the operational needs. Must have open availability and able to work weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage department.
  2. Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and functions.
  3. Manage and maintain files, records, and documents.
  4. Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
  5. Coordinate communication between different departments.
  6. Perform general office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous administrative experience is preferred.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  5. Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule including weekends.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Ability to sit for extended periods as well as walk and stand throughout the property.
  2. Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other office equipment.
  3. Lift and carry items up to 40 pounds as needed.
  4. Ability to move around the office and venue as needed.
  5. Vision and hearing within normal ranges.
