Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:
  • Manage and organize medical records and confidential information.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, professionally.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and other financial tasks.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Must be a fast typer, good listener, excellent note taker.
Personal and Domestic Duties:
  • Perform light cooking and meal preparation.
  • Handle grocery shopping and other errands requiring the use of the vehicle.
  • Conduct light cleaning and organizing around the home.
