Role

The Director will manage operations and strategy for the Fort Walton Beach and Pensacola branches, ensuring the efficient delivery of services, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing service teams.
  • Manage workload and schedules to meet client needs.
  • Identify efficiency opportunities and oversee team growth.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage improvement plans.
  • Maintain high customer service standards.
  • Implement process improvements for better efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor branch performance and report to the VP of Operations.
  • Support business development and market growth.
  • Oversee budget management and resource allocation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years in commercial insurance
  • 7+ years in management with leadership and training experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving and solution implementation abilities
  • Familiarity with AMS360 and ImageRight preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High ethical standards
  • Team-oriented and collaborative
