Chief Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our organization. The CHRO will be responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organization and performance management, training and development, and compensation. The CHRO will provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the human resource strategy of the organization
- Oversee succession planning, talent management, change management, organization and performance management, training and development, and compensation
- Provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with overall business objectives
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Manage and mentor HR team members to ensure high performance and professional development
- Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in the job market
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years f executive HR eperience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with overall business objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and mentor a team of HR professionals
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Certification/Licensure
HR Certification Required; SHRM Senior Certified Professional Certification preferred.
