FUNCIONES ESENCIALES DEL PUESTO

Relaciones con huéspedes:

  • Reunirse y solicitar comentarios de los huéspedes regularmente para determinar la satisfacción de los huéspedes con los servicios e instalaciones.
  • Tomar medidas para garantizar la mayor satisfacción posible de los huéspedes dentro de las limitaciones presupuestarias.
  • Responder a las situaciones a medida que surjan y gestionar los conflictos de los huéspedes

Operaciones:

  • Revisar los estudios y espacios públicos diariamente de acuerdo con los estándares de marca del programa Limpio y Seguro.
  • Asegurarse que todos los miembros del equipo estén capacitados para actuar de acuerdo con el procedimiento, en caso de emergencia o accidente.
  • Asegurarse que todas las políticas y procedimientos sean seguidos con precisión en todo momento por todos los miembros del equipo.

  • · Mantener ventas efectivas de ofertas adicionales para satisfacer las necesidades de los huéspedes y maximizar los ingresos.

Personal:

  • Asistir en la capacitación de todos los miembros del equipo.
  • Demostrar a los miembros del equipo cómo seguir eficazmente el programa "Di sí a una solicitud simple".

RESPONSABILIDADES ADICIONALES

  • Responsabilidades de lavandería: clasificación, lavado, secado y plegado de ropa de cama y toallas de la empresa, así como limpieza general/mantenimiento de las instalaciones de lavandería doméstica y comercial.
  • · Capacitar en forma cruzada las tareas de todos los miembros del personal no administrativo y realizar esas tareas conforme sea necesario o cuando lo solicite la supervisión.

CALIFICACIONES

Educación:

  • · Diploma de preparatoria o equivalente, o título de educación general (GED)

Experiencia:

  • · 1 o más años de experiencia en el sector de hostelería, comercio minorista o servicio de alimentos (preferido)

Conocimiento:

  • · Comprensión básica de varios procedimientos y prácticas comunes de oficina/recepción

Habilidades:
