Business Development Consultant - Fully Remote

Based out of Atlanta, Georgia, our client is looking to grow our team As an authorized UKG Ready provider, they provide tailored Human Capital Management technology simplifying clients’ Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Time Keeping, and Compliance needs. They are seeking a Business Development Consultant focusing on the SMB/Enterprise market to generate and source leads in an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will incorporate a consultative approach to their sales technique, on-going pipeline management, have exceptional prospecting skills intertwined with the ability to execute a consistent sales process. In addition to those skills, the candidate should possess the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, centers of influence and have commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for self-generating leads through prospecting, networking, CRM (HubSpot), and building referral relationships with benefit brokers, financial advisors, and CPA firms.
  • Gather relevant data, documents, requirements to both prepare and present solution demonstrations and pricing proposals along with managing a full sales cycle.
  • Meet and articulate the company's value proposition with Mid and C-Level executives, decision makers, and channel partners to develop, demonstrate, and deliver a tailored HCM solution set.
  • Meet and or exceed monthly and annual sales quota for your territory by identifying and creating a compelling business need and ROI for each prospective customer.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge, understanding, and experience in the HCM industry. UKG Ready experience preferred.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a sales closing position with successful history or building relationships, channel partners, deal negotiation, and territory planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication with clients and internally with the team.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
