As a Business Development Executive, you will be part of a high-functioning team that works together to win together. The job involves providing guidance and strategic planning for the dealership concerning sales goals, achieving sales volume and profitability objectives utilizing all sales channels in a continually changing environment, and implementing and executing all company-wide marketing initiatives to maximize their impact and to help meet or exceed sales goals.

You will also be responsible for training and developing employees to advance through a career path, identifying referral source prospects for the dealership, creating a strategy to develop relationships with prospects, and monitoring and maintaining positive referral source relationships. Additionally, you will conduct sales meetings to motivate and share successful selling techniques and skills, develop and enhance customer relationships by establishing, promoting, and maintaining excellent customer service with sales operations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a master of managing, taking charge and owning your business. You should be a quality decision maker, gathering all the facts and taking them into consideration when making decisions. You should also be a top-of-the-line communicator, able to talk and write with confidence, charisma, and competence for a wide variety of audiences, including management. Furthermore, you should be a critical thinker, not simply accepting all arguments and conclusions but rather questioning them.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
