HR Coordinator

Job Brief: We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily human resources activities within our client's organization -- a B2B SaaS company based out of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings and scheduling interviews

  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation logistics

  • Manage HR documents and records

  • Support payroll and benefits administration

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops

  • Assist in performance management processes

Requirements and Skills:
  • Prior experience in HR or related field

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and best practices

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

This is a part-time role requiring a commitment of 5 to 10 hours per week.
