Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking a Compensation and Benefits HR Coordinator for our esteemed client. This full-time role provides a flexible work arrangement, combining both onsite and remote work.

The Compensation and Benefits HR Coordinator will serve as a primary resource for HR-related inquiries, manage the leave administration process, input data into the HR information system, execute bi-weekly payroll, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle. This position is ideal for individuals with a solid background in payroll and human resources, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding all HR and Payroll inquiries, encompassing payroll, benefits, company policies, and the onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Execute bi-weekly payroll for staff members.
  • Oversee the archiving of HR-related documentation.
  • Administer Paid Time Off (PTO) and leave of absence programs.
  • Assist hiring managers with the recruitment process, including drafting job offer letters and managing onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Maintain internal records and accurately input data into the HRIS or payroll system.
  • Stay informed about updates to federal, state, and local employment and benefits legislation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of multi-state payroll experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Zenefits or Paycor is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage and safeguard confidential information with integrity.
