Skeo is a small consulting firm that provides innovative and collaborative solutions for our clients emphasizing environmental stewardship, social equity and economic opportunity. We are seeking a part-time Office Support Associate to join our dynamic and talented team of professionals. 

As an Office Support Associate, being highly responsive, detail-oriented and capable of supporting a variety of clerical tasks within the office will be important. Resourcefulness, adaptability and being exceptionally organized will also be key within the role.  

Responsibilities 

General Office Support: This person will support a wide range of office tasks including general clerical tasks such as making print copies, sorting and sending mail, entering data, creating documents, and drafting correspondence. This person will assist with organizational tasks such as organizing the office, maintaining files and documents, running errands, equipment inventory, scanning, booking travel, helping staff with filling out forms, expense reports and time sheets, and assisting with ordering and maintaining office and breakroom supplies.   

General Financial and Contract Support: Will assist with various financial and contract administration support tasks. Some examples may include assisting with reconciliations, gathering documentation, researching procurement issues, preparing and supporting expense reports, assisting with record keeping, and assisting with internal related requests and inquiries.  

Collaboration and Communication: The ideal candidate will place high value on clear communication and responsiveness. This person may assist the finance and contracts team with responding to internal and external requests for documents and will provide administrative support to team members. The ability to communicate in a timely and efficient way is important within this role.  

Skills and Qualifications 

Essential Skills and Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, such as Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint. 
  • Careful attention to even the smallest details and the ability to follow directions. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 


Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field. 
  • ​​​​​​​Some experience with and a basic understanding of accounting and/or financial principles.  
  • ​​​​​​​Experience working in government contracting.
