Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a hospitable culture for members and guests
- Greeting guests and informing members of guest arrival
- Setting up event configurations using proper safety and lifting techniques.
- Following opening and closing check-lists for events.
- Assist vendors and guests with set-up and breakdown of the venue.
- Conduct walkthroughs to ensure no damage was made by guests and communicate with the Event Coordinator to ensure proper billing.
- In addition to regular days, there may be event management duties to include evening and weekend hosting member events, set up, clean up, etc.
