Your responsibilities will include assisting in event preparations, setup, execution, and teardown. You will significantly contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrive punctually and ready for your shift in the appropriate uniform.
  • Adhere to all instructions and maintain quality standards.
  • Assist the lead catering chef in loading necessary food and service items into catering vehicles.
  • Support in stocking food stations and buffets as directed.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the lead catering chef to ensure proper setup and presentation as per event specifications.
  • During events, your tasks may include setting tables, serving food, carrying trays, clearing tables, and managing waste.
  • Be flexible and available to assist in various roles to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in scheduled employee meetings and contribute suggestions for improvement.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • Exhibit strong moral and ethical principles in the workplace.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality standards.
  • Skilled in fostering a safe working environment.
  • Capable of restocking items as needed throughout your shift.
  • Effective communication skills with both staff and customers.
  • Good numerical and written communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of adapting to flexible work schedules.
  • Willingness to undertake various tasks as assigned by management.
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and extended hours as required.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • ServSafe Certification is highly desirable.
  • Two years of experience in customer service is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent walking and standing for extended periods.
  • Able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Regular use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills.
  • Able to reach, kneel, and stoop as necessary.
