Job Overview

The Woodplay Party Room is on the lookout for enthusiastic Event Coordinators to enhance our guests' experiences. The perfect candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for hospitality, event management, and exceptional customer service. Our events are primarily scheduled on weekends and typically last for two hours, with hours varying based on the number of events booked each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and interact with guests to ensure a delightful experience.
  • Oversee and facilitate events, ensuring all activities proceed seamlessly.
  • Address any conflicts or challenges that may arise during events.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the duration of the event.
  • Assist with food service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Support the setup and cleanup of events.

Job Type: Part-time

Compensation: Starting at $12.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 3 – 16 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays

Our recently opened Woodplay Party Room allows families to host private events, enroll in summer camps, or enjoy playtime during the week. As a small family-owned business established in 1998, we are dedicated to treating every customer like a member of our family.
