Position Overview

Leading insurance company committed to providing innovative financial solutions seeks a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to help drive growth and connect with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively identify, research, and reach out to potential clients using a variety of outreach techniques.
  • Qualify leads, gather relevant information, and arrange appointments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and assist in the sales process.
  • Ensure prompt follow-ups and monitor the progress of prospective clients through the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in inside sales, outside sales, business development, lead generation, appointment setting, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and lead generation tools a plus.
